Can Floe handle both the creative and technical sides of a project?
Yes. Floe brings together specialists across branding, design, development, AI/ML, and craft-based design. This allows us to handle everything from brand identity and websites to functional prototypes, intelligent software solutions, and even specialized work like digital toy pattern creation and embroidery stitch design.
Do I need the full service package or can I request individual services?
You can choose exactly what you need. While we offer full-service solutions such as branding and website development, many clients work with us for specific needs like logo design, brand portfolios, website management, maintenance, backups, updating existing websites, or developing prototypes and AI-driven features.
How do you ensure projects stay organized and transparent?
We keep the entire process structured and transparent. Clients receive a shared milestone tracker (via Excel or project sheet) outlining timelines and deliverables. For faster communication, we create a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time updates and discussions. Each stage follows a step-by-step approval process so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
How do you manage projects that involve multiple services like branding, development, and AI?
We break projects into clear phases—discovery, concept, design, prototype, development, and refinement. This phased approach ensures each stage is carefully developed while keeping the overall process organized and aligned with the project goals
What makes Floe different from hiring separate freelancers or any agencies?
Floe is built as a collective of specialists across branding, development, AI/ML, and product craft. Rather than assigning a generic account manager, the specialist responsible for your project becomes the point of contact. This ensures clearer communication and decisions guided by the people actually building the work.
What happens after the project is completed?
We don’t disappear after delivery. Floe can support ongoing needs, performance improvements, feature additions, and design refinements. This ensures your product or brand continues evolving and maintain standards throughout the business process.
Do you work with businesses outside your location?
Yes. Floe collaborates with clients globally, serving businesses across different countries and states. Most of our collaborations happen remotely. With structured communication, milestone tracking, and regular check-ins, we work seamlessly with clients regardless of location.
Who owns the final deliverables?
Once the project is completed and all payments are cleared, full ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you.
Do you sign NDAs or handle confidential projects?
Yes. We respect confidentiality and are open to signing NDAs when required.
Will Floe showcase my project in your portfolio?
Yes. Floe reserves the right to showcase completed work on our website, portfolio, and marketing materials. If confidentiality is required, this can be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Do you work with multiple clients in the same industry?
Yes. Floe works across various industries and may collaborate with multiple clients within the same space. We maintain strict confidentiality, and this can be formally ensured through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Can I request urgent or priority delivery?
Yes, depending on the urgency and availability. Expedited timelines may require additional planning or cost adjustments.
Can I pause the project if needed?
Projects cannot be paused once they are in progress, as timelines and resources are allocated in advance. However, if any concerns arise, we’re always open to discussing the best way forward.
What happens if the project scope changes midway?
If the scope evolves, we reassess the effort, timeline, and cost transparently before proceeding with any additional work.
Will I get all the source files and assets after completion?
Final deliverables will be shared upon project completion. Source or working files are not included by default but can be discussed and provided separately if required.
How do you structure payments for a project?
We follow a milestone-based payment structure aligned with project stages. This ensures clarity, accountability, and steady progress for both sides.
Do you require an upfront commitment before starting?
Yes. We begin projects with an initial advance to secure the timeline and initiate the workflow.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and UPI payments. Our current account details will be shared upon confirmation. We also offer payment via a payment gateway, where applicable platform charges may apply.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt after payment?
Yes. An invoice or payment receipt will be shared within 2 hours of receiving the payment.
Do you offer EMI or flexible payment options?
Yes. We offer EMI options in select cases, primarily for micro startups and students, to support early-stage ideas.
Do you offer refunds or allow service transfers?
No. All payments made are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other services. Once a project or service is confirmed, resources and timelines are allocated accordingly.
